The Meeting place is the office at the entrance at 985 E. Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ If you plan on attending any meeting, please verify that the Date or Time has not changed by emailing Susan Marro at least one week in advance. Her email address is smarro54@mac.com

You are allowed to speak to the Board, if you wish, when the Board addresses a specific item on the agenda for that meeting.  Please contact the President, Susan Marro, at her email address and discuss adding an agenda item IN ADVANCE of the meeting to see if it can be accomodated on that meeting's agenda.
