The Association maintains a Master Policy of Insurance that covers liability and damage to all Common Areas on the property.  Common Area is defined in our Covenants which is a recorded public document.  The policy also includes reconstruction of a unit back to the way the unit was ORIGINALLY constructed in the event of a partial or total loss (some conditions or restrictions may apply) Call for specific policy coverage below*.

Many mortgage companies and others require a copy of the "Certificate of Insurance" for their records.  To obtain a copy, follow these instructions:

  • Our Insurance Company is C.A.U.  Their website is www.cauinsure.com.  Go to their website and click on the "Certificate of Insurance" button and follow the prompts.  You need to print a "Certificate of Insurance Request Form". 
  • Complete the certificate of insurance request form.  You can also call (267) 757-7110 for instructions on how to obtain this form.
    • Fax the Request Form to (267) 757-7410
    • Mail the Request Form to:  Certificate Department-CAU, 2 Caufield Place, Newtown, PA  18940

    Online and faxed insurance requests are processed within 24 hours.
