Current 2011 Dues are $2388.00 per year, payable monthly at $199.00.

This includes all water, trash, maintenance of grounds and facilities, pool/spa, health club and funded replacement reserves.

All Dues are due on the 1st day of each month and are delinquent on the 15th day of that month.  Delinquent dues will be assessed a $15.00 late fee per month until the entire balance owed is paid in full.  Delinqent dues cause the loss of voting rights and other rights on the property.

Two months delinquent dues will have the effect of eliminating the use of all pool/spa/health club facilities until all dues are paid in full again.
